It is an easy walk back to the condo from the Beach or Ocean Front Pool. Building 9 is a peaceful setting with only 5 units total. Your view from Ekahi 9C is a partial ocean view with lush tropical vegetation. Overlooking the greenbelt lined by dozens of different types of native Hawaiian plants and trees, all meticulously manicured and maintained. Papayas, Mangos and Bananas are there for your picking when ripe. Enjoy spectacular views as you relax and dine on your own private lanai or while taking a romantic walk on the beach. Our One Bedroom Condo 9C has just undergone a major renovation.. It has a new kitchen and bath with granite counters and etched shower door and etched turtles. There is a washer/dryer right in the unit, King Size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size hide-a-bed in the living room with new memory foam mattress. There is a 55 inch smart TV in the living room and a smart TV in the bedroom. , Boise Sound System, and Split System A/C. with a handler in the Living Room and a second handler in the bedroom. On the lanai there is table and chairs. All linens and towels are provided, including beach towels. Beach chairs and Beach Umbrella are also provided. Each of our Maui Condos is maintained with very high standards with regard to esthetic appeal and cleanliness. Because of this we have had a very strong following for years.
